When it comes to directors of thrillers there are a lot of top class directors, just to name a few like Sir Alfred Hitchcock, Christopher Nolan and Steven Spielberg.

Sir Alfred Hitchcock was born in 1899 in Leytonstone, Essex. It was around 1920 when Hitchcock joined the film industry. Hitchcock had his first real go at directing a film from start to finish in 1923 when he got asked to direct the film Number 13.

Hitchcock is mostly recognised for his Psychological mindset, as this is all his films were categorised as. His most famous films would be Virgo and Psycho, which are still very popular today. They are know referred to as 'classics'.
